Our Guarantees and Warranties
All new stairlifts installed by us are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the installation date. Used or reconditioned stairlifts also come with a 12 month guarantee.
The guarantee covers you for all mechanical failures through defects in manufacture, and also covers labour charges for the same period.
*Extended 3 & 5 year warranties are also available after the standard warranty expires.
