Here at Berkshire Stairlifts, we pride ourselves on the level of care we provide our customers. We understand that when your mobility is impaired, this can make you feel vulnerable and you therefore need people you can count on.
We operate a strict ‘close enough to care’ policy. This means that we never take on customers who are more than an hour away from us. This ensures that when you need us, we can be there quickly.
If your stairlift has broken down or needs repairs, just give us a call on 01635–905478 and one of our expert engineers will be on hand to help. Sometimes we can even fix the problem over the phone but if not, we’re nearby and will be there as soon as possible.
We always monitor our calls so no matter what time of the day it is, if you have an emergency, please don’t be afraid to give us a call.
We offer a no fix, no fee policy. If your Stairlift cannot be repaired for whatever reason – for example if parts are no longer available or because it’s simply beyond economic repair – and we have been on site less than 15 minutes – you will be eligible for our special no fix, no fee policy and won’t be charged anything.
For successful repairs, there is a fixed fee of just £75 for the first 45 minutes of the engineer’s time on site, which is 50% less than major manufacturers charge.
