Katrine is an experienced employment lawyer, working in collaboration with Berkshire Stairlifts & Newbury Mobility.
She advises on both contentious and non–contentious areas of employment law in a wide variety of sectors. Katrine has a particular interest in advising on the Equality Act 2010 and frequently advises employers and employees on their rights and obligations, in relation to disability discrimination. Katrine often works with employers and advises them on how best to comply with their legal requirement to make reasonable adjustments for disabled staff.
She has also supported many individuals in bringing disability claims against their employer. Katrine is keen to support the important work of Berkshire Stairlifts & Newbury Mobility, as accessibility is often the starting point to any employment relationship.
