Alex Fleming was appointed Country Head of the UK and Ireland alongside her role as President of Staffing and Solutions for The Adecco Group UK and Ireland in April 2018. Alex specialises in workforce solutions and is currently responsible for driving strategic direction, innovation and new growth opportunities across each Adecco Group brand.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry she has a proven track record of effecting change in performance, service levels and industry-defining thought leadership. Alex has a genuine passion for raising awareness and doing the right thing, in regards to Equality and she is a real ambassador for the changes we aim to implement and is leading by example.
